Major resurfacing works to repair the “crater like” potholes on Main Street, Ballygar, will be carried out within the next two weeks according to Fine Gael councillor Paul Connaughton jr.
Cllr Connaughton had been calling for the repair work after the severe floods before Christmas left the street “badly potholed”.
“The people of Ballygar are very unhappy about the crater like conditions they have to negotiate every day over the past few months,” he said.
