GARDAI in Galway are hunting the gang of thieves who made away with a valuable speedboat in the early hours of today (Tuesday )
The boat which is valued at more than €12,000 was stored in a yard in the Shantalla area at the time of the theft.
The thieves broke into the yard at Ivor's Motorcycles at 5am, mounted the boat onto a trailer and made their escape.
Gardai in the city have asked anyone who may be offered the boat for sale or who may have information on its whereabouts to contact them.
