Bus Éireann has introduced a range of special fares to Galway city from towns around the county in the run-up to Christmas, providing easy and affordable access to the city for shopping and entertainment.
The promotional day return fares will allow shoppers and revellers to travel to the city from Ballinasloe, Gort, Headford, Loughrea, Oughterard, and Tuam for €10 adult day return, and €5 child day return from now until December 24.
“These special fares should provide people with a real incentive to travel to and from Galway city this Christmas to shop, eat, and sample the unique atmosphere that the city has to offer this time of year,” said Brian Connolly, regional manager, Bus Éireann.
