Bradley Motor Works drives Honda in Galway

Bradley Motor Works has been appointed Honda main dealer for County Galway.

Established in 1970 by Bob Bradley, Bradley Motor Works celebrates 40 years in business with the addition of the Honda franchise.

The company moved to its present premises on Dublin Road, Galway, in 1994 and it is from there the Honda range of cars will be sold and serviced.

Dealer principal, Robert Bradley says the company has always been “passionate about Honda cars – their looks, their build quality, and Honda’s advanced technology”.

“We are very excited to be appointed a Honda main dealer as we enter a new decade in business. It is our belief the future of motoring in the immediate years ahead is hybrid. Honda’s success with hybrid will enable us to offer additional options to our customers. We are looking forward to the introduction of two new hybrid models – the Insight family hatchback and the sporty CR-Z – during 2010.”

Adrian Cole, managing director of Universal Honda, said: “Bradley Motor Works is a well established motor business in a state-of-the-art facility on the Dublin Road in Galway city. This family business has earned a well-deserved reputation for excellent customer care both in sales and after-sales.

“Customer satisfaction is of critical importance to Honda and we are confident the excellence demonstrated by the Bradley family in their respective areas of expertise will deliver a total customer satisfaction experience for Honda customers in their territory.”

Bradley Motor Works is still very much a family business: Dealer principal Robert Bradley also looks after sales, Tara Bradley is after-sales manager, and Gillian Bradley is sales administration manager. The company prides itself on customer care, with each department headed by a family member ensuring customers are personally looked after at all stages of their experience from buying a car to after sales.

Bradley Motor Works currently employs 18 people.

On display at the showrooms will be the entire range of Honda cars, including the Jazz, which last week won the Continental Irish Small Car of the Year 2010 Award, the Civic range including a hybrid option, the new Accord, the superb FR-V people carrier, and the CR-V 4WD models. Visitors to the showrooms and customers who aspire to drive a Honda are invited to take a test drive in any Honda model. The workshop is also open to service existing Honda drivers.
