McInerney Homes had its first of two open Christmas weekends at the popular Coill Tíre development next to Merlin Woods last weekend. Over the wet and wild weekend some 60 people attended the show apartment at Coill Tíre. Three of the two bed apartments were sold at the weekend.
The established Coill Tíre development is noted for its extensive mature landscaping and woodland location. The remaining apartments for sale overlook the recently completed 20 acres park which includes pitches, tennis courts, skateboard park, landscaped walks, and a very popular adventure playground. The apartments are beside the proposed school campus where it is proposed to accommodate both a secondary and primary school. A quality bus corridor into the city centre is proposed adjacent to these apartments.
McInerney Homes has a number of the two bedroom apartments left at a price of €150,000 and a one bed apartment for €125,000. There are also four large three bedroom apartments available for €199,000. The Christmas sale price of these apartments includes fully tiled bathrooms, choice of high quality kitchens, kitchen appliances, flooring, and carpeting.
This weekend McInerney Homes will hold its second Christmas sale open weekend with the show home open from 2pm to 4pm on Saturday and Sunday. Potential buyers will be able to talk to the McInerney Homes sales team and discuss mortgage options with a representative from the EBS Building Society. While doing this people will be able to avail of mulled wine and mince pies. Christmas treats will be available for the children.
