THE AUTHOR and playwright John Arden will be reading from Gallows, his new book of short stories, this Saturday at 3pm in the Galway City Museum café.
On Saturday he will read the title-story ‘Gallows’, a Galway ghost tale, where a series of atrocious 18th-century murders resurfaces in the local studio of RTÉ. Mr Arden will also read on Saturday November 21. An exhibition of his illustrations to the book continues until Wednesday November 25.
