Galway band Apartment 44 have just released their debut single ‘Circles’ and all proceeds will be donated to the Preda charity.
Apartment 44 - Tim Sealey (vocals, guitar ), Sarah Finnegan (vocals, guitar ), James Fitzgerald (guitar ), Wayne Walsh (vocals, bass ), and Rob McHugh (drums ) - took their name from the concept developed by James, who settled into a bit of a time-warped ‘Warhol’s Factory’ concept, in Apartment 44 in Galway city, where he first laid down some experimental tracks.
Preda was founded by Fr Shay Cullen to fight child slavery in the Philippines. The single has also been endorsed by Damien Dempsey and Martin Sheen.
