Ninety day business survival workshop

A 90 day business survival workshop for owners of small businesses will be held in Ballybane Enterprise Centre on Monday, November 2 at 6.30pm.

Delivered by Roy O’Hanlon of Arcadia Business Coach, this two hour seminar is designed to enable participants create their own step by step plan clearly identifying the business areas they need to focus on over the following 90 days.

Topics covered in the evening’s workshop include strategic planning, understanding the business metrics, marketing, and quarterly planning.

Liam Bluett, manager of Ballybane Enterprise Centre commented: “In these straitened economic times, many small businesses are concerned about day to day survival. A no nonsense plan which takes stock of current challenges and sets clearly defined goals and objectives is a must for today’s business owner.”

According to Roy O’Hanlon research into the world’s most successful companies has identified four key characteristics common to all irrespective of size.

“The top performing companies in the world today have a clear understanding of what they are about, they know where they are going and why. In addition they have an in-depth knowledge of their financial metrics and from this a clear plan for action”, says O’Hanlon.

“Next Monday’s workshop will help owners of small businesses to focus in on their key metrics such as conversion rates, average euro spend, and margins. Once these key figures are identified and broken down it is much easier to work on improvements which will then yield better results,” he concluded.

Places for this free workshop can be reserved by contacting Ballybane Enterprise Centre on 091 386004 before Friday October 30. Places are strictly limited and early registration is advisable.
