The Connemara Coast Hotel held its annual wedding fair in the Aran suite on Saturday. The event allowed couples planning their wedding the perfect opportunity to meet with a host of wedding exhibitors who were on hand to provide their advice and expertise on all aspects of planning a wedding. The fashion show was organised by Catwalk Model Agency whose models showcased bridal wear from Belladonna Bridal and Duane Bridal, while Corless Menswear showcased the latest in the grooms’ formal wear.
John O’Reilly from Abbey Photography met with wedding couples to answer their questions on how to capture perfect wedding shots.
The Connemara Coast Hotel, with a backdrop of Galway Bay and a private walkway to the beach, is the ultimate setting for wedding portraits.
Conference, events, and sales manager Darragh O’Connor launched the hotel’s new wedding packages for 2010. “Our new wedding packages start from only €53 per person and include some of the following excellent offerings — a summer fruit punch or mulled wine reception on arrival for all your guests, complimentary chair covers, sashes, and table runner, sumptuous five course menu, and complimentary evening food for 50 guests,” he said.
General manager Ann Downey and her team provided information and advice on the Connemara Coast Hotel as well as the opportunity to view the hotel’s recently refurbished bridal suite.
