The return of Jinx Lennon

JINX LENNON, the agit-folk singer-songwriter and social commentator, returns to the Róisín Dubh next Monday at 9pm, where he will be joined by solo singer Miss Paula Flynn.

Jinx is currently promoting his new DVD Magic, Rawness and Rage: Live At The Sugar Club. It was recorded last November and features 25 songs, including some that were previously unreleased. It also features stage banter between Jinx and Paula.

The Irish News has called Jinx “one of the most refreshingly fearless and relevant songwriters in Ireland” while Christy Moore said: “The best songwriter in the country at the moment is Jinx Lennon, and he matters. He’s singing about this island we live in as it is, and he doesn’t get airplay...Because he’s telling the truth.”

Support on the night is from Evil Uncle. Tickets are available from the Róisín Dubh and Zhivago.
