Executive Chef Stefan Matz and his culinary team will prepare a selection of sweet and savoury delights for guests to sample an assortment of canapés, to help them choose the perfect wedding menu. For all the blushing brides who want to look their best, the highly qualified team of ESPA therapists will provide personal consultations on bridal treatments, parties, and packages tailored to individual requirements. Florists Go Dutch will display superb floral arrangements to suit a variety of colour schemes, while master photographer Peter Harkin will display a selection of beautiful wedding images as he consults with couples on how they would like to capture each moment of their special occasion. Also exhibiting will be Martin Feeney Formalwear with a selection of menswear from Ireland and Europe's top fashion houses.
