Widely regarded as Britain’s bestselling author and leading spokesman on nutrition, Patrick Holford is in Galway next week as part of a nationwide lecture tour. The event, proudly hosted by Evergreen Healthfoods, takes place in the Galway Bay Hotel on Wednesday September 16 from 6pm.
There are two seminars taking place on the night, starting at 6pm and 8pm. The first, entitled ‘No Pain’, will talk about natural painkillers. In a time when it is thought the average person takes up to 300 painkillers a year, find out the underlying causes of pain, and how to eliminate them.
