The Baboró International Children’s Arts Festival is seeking volunteers for fundraising initiatives in advance of this year’s festival which runs from October 12 to 18.
This Saturday, Baboró will be in Dunnes Stores, Westside Shopping Centre while on Saturday September 12, they will be in Dunnes Stores, Eyre Square, packing up groceries for customers, handing out information on the festival, and speaking to people who would like to know more about Baboró.
Volunteers are being asked to give two to three hours of their time on any of these dates. Volunteers are also being sought to participate during the festival in October at the 13 venues throughout Galway city which will host more than 80 children’s events.
