Four local community groups benefited from €1,250 of the EBS Community Fund. The groups were part of 128 local initiatives across the country who received funding.
EBS Community Fund has assisted charities and community groups nationwide to continue their work.
The EBS Community Fund was set up in 2008 by the building society’s offices nationwide. The fund calls on communities around the country to make a difference and nominate causes they deem worthy of funding. Monivea Amateur Boxing Club, Cope Galway Waterside House Childcare Unit, and Galway Mountain Rescue Team were among successful nominees
