GALWAY’S HIGHLY successful Access Music Project is currently looking for new recruits. This is a fantastic opportunity for musicians to build on their talents, develop new skills, and interact and exchange ideas among other practicing musicians. This award winning project which is entering its 11th year, offers nationally accredited modules in music theory, piano, vocal, percussion, sound engineering, communications, and guitar taught by some of Galway’s best and most experienced tutors. It is a year long course commencing September 28. It is specifically aimed at the long term unemployed who have a basic knowledge, interest, and ability in music. It is designed to build confidence and empower individuals to reach their full personal potential through the medium of music.
