Looking for family fun this August? Why not take the Salthill family challenge, guaranteed to get your brain working and your feet moving. To celebrate the launch of three different family trails around Salthill, created by Failte Salthill and parents website www.mykidstime.ie, there is a special family challenge available to download at www.failtesalthill.com Answers to each question in the challenge can be found on the free downloadable family trails section of the website, so you do not even need to visit Galway to enter.
The family trails are sure to keep children happy, entertained and busy whatever the weather, or time of year. Each trail features; mapped, easy to follow routes linking all the activities in one area, family friendly places to eat, playgrounds, things to do on a rainy day, shopping, baby changing facilities, and child-oriented attractions.
Each trail is designed to be an easy stroll for both young and old, and contains fun historical facts about the Salthill area.
