Stewart’s expertise in hotel delivery saw them recently deliver a new 290-bed Aparthotel for Home2 Suites by Hilton at Marlborough Street, Dublin.
This ambitious design-and-build project involved the adaptive reuse and refurbishment of the existing Telephone House office building. Stewart demonstrated its expertise in urban regeneration and the transformation of ageing commercial stock into high-performance hospitality assets.
The team are making great progress on a landmark project, Bullitt Hotel Dublin, 133–136 Capel Street, Dublin 1. The development involves the transformation of the former Boland’s Bakery into a premium 98-bedroom hotel. The project will see Stewart Construction deliver a sophisticated blend of heritage restoration and modern architectural innovation for Irish Hospitality Group, Beannchor and represents a major investment in the regeneration of one of Dublin’s most vibrant and historic commercial districts.
Great progress is also being made at Folk Dublin, Sackville Place, Dublin 1, a seven-storey, 138-bedroom tourism accommodation for their client Firethorn, a market-leading developer in UK real estate. Sackville Place represents Firethorn’s first acquisition outside of the UK.
In Galway, the company recently commenced work on a landmark Hotel Development at the former Tonery’s Bar site, in Bohermore. Developed for JMK Group, this new, state-of-the-art hotel for Aloft By Marriott will transform the iconic 144 Bohermore address into a modern 163-bedroom hotel, designed to meet the growing demand for high-quality leisure and corporate accommodation in the heart of Galway city.

Stewart Construction take immense pride in its long-standing presence in Galway and still operates its head office at the original location in Lower Salthill, along with a thriving Dublin regional office.
