Red Fox Residential, in partnership with Galway City Council, has announced the release of 29 new homes for sale at Radharc Na Tornóige, Headford Road, Galway City, delivered under the Affordable Purchase arrangements of the Affordable Housing Act 2021 and associated regulations.
The new development will provide a mix of high-quality homes, offering a range of options for eligible purchasers. The homes available include:
Eight one-bedroom apartments on the ground floor (no parking space )
Five two-bedroom apartments on the ground floor (one parking space )
Ten two-bedroom duplex homes (one parking space )
Six three-bedroom duplex homes (one parking space )
Applications for the homes will open at 12 noon on Monday, April 20 2026, and will close at 12 noon on Monday, May 11 2026. Interested applicants can register and apply through the online portal at www.GalwayCity.ie/Tornoige
