Food lovers are in for a treat at the next cookery demonstration in the Ballybane Community Hub on Thursday, March 19 at 7pm.
Local chef Maria McNeela will lead the evening, demonstrating how to prepare a delicious cheesecake as well as the much-loved classic Baked Alaska. The event promises an enjoyable and informative experience for anyone interested in baking or simply looking for a pleasant night out.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to enjoy tastings of the freshly prepared desserts, served with tea or coffee.
Everyone is welcome to attend, and parking is available adjacent to Ballybane Library.
