Galway Ladies travel to Kerry in Round 5 of the Lidl National Football League this weekend.

Daniel Moynihan's charges have enjoyed a fruitful league campaign to date. They sit in second spot, just one point behind Cork.

The Tribeswomen are on the road this weekend after a 3-11 to 0-15 victory over Armagh at Duggan Park last Saturday. In challenging conditions, Galway showcased their attacking talent that has been such a talking point of their campaign so far.

Forwards Leanne Coen and Andrea Trill starred in the Galway offense with Trill scoring a goal and Coen netting twice. Galway had to show character and their attacking prowess told as they overcame a slow start to claim a convincing third victory of the season.

Kerry come into this weekend's contest on the back of a 0-16 to 0-8 loss at home to league leaders Cork last time out. The Kingdom can be forgiven for losing to what looks an imperious Cork outfit but tasks don't get much easier for them with Galway coming to town.

Kerry were held scoreless in the opening half last weekend and failed to impose themselves on the contest at Austin Stack Park. They will be hoping to put up more of a fight but the Tribeswomen are undoubtedly favourites.
