Love will be in the air — and the oven — at the Ballybane Community Hub this February. As Valentine’s Day approaches, locals are invited to enjoy love at first bite at a cookery demonstration on Thursday, 12 February at 7pm.
Chef Maria McNeela will guide attendees through making red velvet muffins alongside savoury feta, sundried tomato and spinach muffins, proving that romance really does start in the kitchen.
The event takes place at Ballybane Community Hub, 30 Béal Srutha (H91 TW27 ), with parking available beside Ballybane Library. All are welcome.
