Lexus Galway was awarded the Lexus Retailer of the Year for 2025 by Lexus Ireland recently.
The Retailer of the Year award recognises leading performance across several key performance indicators in both the sales and aftersales business. Lexus Galway is the first retailer in Ireland to achieve the five-star level in both sales and aftersales customer experience.

Lexus Galway was also the first ever Irish winner of the European Kiwami Award in honour of Lexus’ finest European retailers. The European Lexus Kiwami Award recognises excellence in business and customer service and reflects Lexus Galway’s commitment to "making luxury personal" and delivering 'Omotenashi' hospitality to all Lexus customers. This is the first time a Lexus dealership in Ireland has won this prestigious European Kiwami award.
