Two young Galway kickboxers both passed their grading last Sunday at Black Dragon Gym.
Michael Lally, aged 13, and Ameya Dipin, aged 12, earned belt promotions. Michael has been training for over five years. He travels a three-hour round trip into the gym twice per week from Letterfrack in Connemara. On Sunday he achieved his Brown Belt.
Ameya, a Maigh Cuilinn native, has been training with Black Dragon for around six years. She was promoted to her Junior Black Belt.
