Mama’s Boobie Box, the west of Ireland -based breastfeeding gifts and essentials brand, has launched a 30-Day Breastfeeding Tips campaign — a new series of daily short videos designed to give mothers fast, practical, and reassuring guidance throughout their breastfeeding journey.
Available for free on social media and on the dedicated online hub, the series covers the most common challenges new mums face, from cluster feeding and latch issues to pumping and breastfeeding in public.

Each video focuses on one clear, actionable idea that mothers can apply immediately, including:
- Understanding cluster feeding
- How to get a deeper latch
- Feeding at night safely and comfortably
- Breastfeeding in public with confidence
The videos have been developed to support both first-time mothers and those navigating different stages with a second or third baby.
Founded in 2021, Mama’s Boobie Box began with Ireland’s first breastfeeding gift box and has since expanded to manufacture its own breastfeeding products — including a multi-use nursing cover, breastfeeding top, and reflective breastfeeding journal.
The new 30-day campaign builds on the brand’s mission to make breastfeeding support practical, accessible, and stigma-free. It also aims to support families and gift-givers who often feel unsure what a new breastfeeding mother really needs.
“Breastfeeding shouldn’t feel isolating,” adds Petrina. “These daily tips are a simple, free way for us to give back to mums and help them feel informed, supported, and empowered in their feeding choices.”
Breastfeeding support remains a significant gap in maternal care, with many mothers reporting challenges during the first six weeks. Quick, relatable information — especially in short-video format — is increasingly sought after by new parents juggling sleep deprivation, recovery, and adjusting to life with a newborn.
The campaign also aligns with the growing public conversation around workplace pumping rights, feeding in public, and Ireland’s push to normalise breastfeeding at all stages.
