Lynne Casey, senior sales consultant at the award-winning Fahy Travel, recently took part in an exclusive industry trip to Dubai, exploring the city’s growing appeal as a top destination for families and travellers of all ages. The promotional tour, titled Dubai Through the Ages, highlighted how the city offers luxury, adventure, and culture for every generation — all at prices now comparable to Mediterranean resorts, but with a superior standard of service and safety.
Day 1: Children and teens
Lynne began her journey with a family-focused itinerary showcasing Dubai’s child-friendly attractions, including thrilling waterparks and interactive entertainment. “It’s a playground for younger visitors,” she noted, “with endless fun and fantastic value for families.”
Day 2: Young adults (18–30 )
Next came a lively day tailored to the 18 to 30 crowd, starting with AYA Universe — Dubai’s newest immersive digital art and entertainment space. From there, Lynne visited a luxury sky pool for panoramic city views, before ending the day at the chic and energetic J1 Beach, one of Dubai’s trendiest nightlife spots.
Day 3: Adults
For travellers seeking a mix of adventure and culture, Day 3 delivered. A scenic buggy ride to Al Qasr set the tone, followed by a stroll through traditional souks. The day ended with a thrilling desert safari through the Golden Dunes — a must for any Dubai visitor.
Day 4: Seniors (65+ )
The final day focused on a more relaxed experience. Guests enjoyed a traditional abra ride across Dubai Creek, explored Old Dubai, and sampled Emirati flavours on a foodie tour. A visit to the Museum of the Future and a dinner cruise along the creek capped off the experience in style.
Too much for just one trip
“Dubai offers something for every generation,” Lynne said. “From innovation to tradition, it’s a destination you’ll want to visit more than once.”
