GHR Consulting has announced the appointment of Michael Gilmore as Director of Recruitment. This newly created leadership role reflects the Company’s continued growth and long-term strategic ambitions.
Michael brings over 15 years of recruitment experience across Ireland, UK and the Middle East. His appointment allows the company to expand its recruitment offering to better serve clients across its core sectors.
Before joining GHR Consulting, Michael served as Head of Talent Acquisition for a leading construction firm, where he oversaw recruitment across Operations, Commercial, and Corporate positions throughout Ireland and the UK. Before that, he played a central role in building the team at AMAALA, a $50 billion Giga-project under the Saudi Public Investment Fund (PIF ), where he led the recruitment of over 750 roles between 2019 and 2023. His earlier experience also includes 6 years based in Dubai, managing complex hiring needs in dynamic international markets.
