Four Coláiste Iognáid rowers selected to represent Ireland this summer

Four Coláiste Iognáid rowers have been selected to represent Ireland in international competition this summer.

Coláiste Iognáid Rowers Eoghan O’Connell, Oisin O’Connaire, Jack Mannion, Paul Schofield with Fiona Lawless (coach) and Noel Hume (coach).

Paul Schofield will compete at the World Rowing Junior Championships in Lithuania, while Eoin O’Connaire has been selected to row at the Coupe de la Jeunesse in Austria — both events taking place in August.

Meanwhile, Jack Mannion and Eoghan O’Connell will represent Ireland at the prestigious Home International Regatta in London at the end of July. Their selection is a testament to their dedication, skill, and commitment to the sport, further highlighting the strength and depth of rowing at 'The Jes'.
