The next cookery demonstration in Ballybane Community Hub takes place on Thursday June 12 at 6.30pm. Learn how to make delicious versatile sauces such a creamy peppercorn sauce, perfect with steak, buttery hollandaise sauce to add richness to fish and vegetables, and finally a creamy mushroom sauce to elevate pasta, pork or chicken dishes.
There will be delicious oven baked French fries to dip in the sauces, all presented by in-house chef Maria McNeela from Rustic Grub.
The official opening of the hub’s new state of the art sensory room will take place on Tuesday June 10 at 12 noon. All are welcome.
