Bringing more than 17 years of experience across Ireland’s top hospitality venues, Ashley's impressive career spans leadership roles at prestigious properties such as Wineport Lodge, Trump International Doonbeg, and Glenlo Abbey Hotel & Estate.
From running his establishment, Meadow & Green Bar & Restaurant, to directing food and beverage operations and managing lodges, Ashley has consistently delivered excellence in guest experience and operational performance.
A Ballinasloe native, Ashley knows the area well, and Lough Rea Hotel & Spa is confident that he is the perfect fit for the role, saying, "With his wealth of experience and approachable leadership style, he’ll be a fantastic addition to the team."
