Umbrella Le Chéile are back this month at the Galway Rowing Club in Woodquay with their much-loved Artisan Market. Mixing it up from their usual Sunday slot, you will find the same gorgeous handmade goodies and delicious home bakes this time on their new trading day of Saturday.
From 11am to 4pm this Saturday May 10, the Rowing Club will be packed to the brim with an array of handcrafted products by artists, designers and producers based right here in the West.
Rain or shine, this wonderful indoor venue makes for the perfect Saturday stroll to the river – come for a browse, a shop and then enjoy a hot cuppa out on the deck overlooking the River Corrib, all the while supporting local small businesses.
Umbrella Le Chéile is run solely by its members, all small traders working together to help and support each other, with the main goal of creating positive impact in the community.
The group fosters a supportive network based on shared ownership and cooperation and is currently open to new members.
