Tony Burke Motors, the local Toyota and Lexus Retailer, has continued its partnership with professional golfer Ronan Mullarney.

The 29-year-old pro golfer will drive the new model Toyota C-HR Sport, Ireland’s best-selling Hybrid SUV.

A Galway native, Mullarney turned professional in 2020 after an exceptional career as an amateur golfer. Since turning professional, he has played in the 2022 Open Championship at St Andrews and in 2023 he was the Alps Tour Order of Merit winner which included two separate wins.

In doing so, he won his 2024 Challenge Tour card. This year, Mullarney has started his Alps Tour season in good form with a second-place finish in his first event and a 10th place finish last week in Tunisia leaving him ninth on the Order of Merit. The top five gain promotion to the Challenge Tour.

Speaking at the presentation of his new Toyota Hybrid C-HR, Tony Burke said that Mullarney "is a fantastic role model for all young sportspeople".

"With many successful golfing achievements and wins to date, we are delighted to continue our partnership with Ronan and we wish him the very best of luck in his golf exploits going forward as his professional golfing career expands," added Burke.
