Based in Florence, Berrill is a cellist, multi-instrumentalist, composer and singer-songwriter. Her work spans genres and disciplines, exploring the potential of the cello as an accompanying instrument to the voice.

With her trio Lorenzo Pellegrini (guitar, vocals, synth ) and Andrea Beninati (cello, synth and drums ), she masterfully blends the intense power of three multi-instrumentalists, creating an evocative live performance shaped to conquer audiences in the jazz, songwriter and classical worlds.

Berrill will play material from her latest album Inish which reflects life on two Islands off the west coast of Ireland: Inishark and Inishbofin. ‘Sea Warrior’, the main single, is dedicated to the Irish pirate queen Grace O’ Malley: an iconic figure of feminine strength, courage and self-belief.
