Comedienne Fiona Frawley

Known for her quick wit, dry humour, and perfectly timed cringe, comedian Fiona Frawley will take to the stage at Monroe’s Backstage venue on Saturday, April 5.

Doors open at 7:30pm for this fully seated show with one of Ireland’s rising stand-ups, as she delivers a night of razor-sharp humour, and relatable awkwardness.

Fresh from supporting Killian Sundermann, Fiona is making waves on the Irish comedy scene and recently shared the stage with comedy legend, Tommy Tiernan.

Her debut solo show, Are You Mad At Me? explores the universal girl fear that you’ve somehow offended everyone you have ever met, and even those you have not.

“Are you mad at me? is a way of life,” she says. “It’s how I live, and I’m doing great. It’s about worrying everyone hates you; life as a teenage 34-year-old, and there are loads of jokes that even your boyfriend will love if you drag him along. Men have rights! And they’re welcome to the show.”

Frawley has performed at some of Ireland’s top festivals, including Electric Picnic and the Vodafone Comedy Festival, and even made her mark internationally by beating the infamous Comedy Store gong in London.

With her quirky observations and self-deprecating charm, Fiona Frawley is must-see. Catch this rising comedy star in an intimate, laugh-filled setting at Monroe’s Live on Saturday, April 5, from 7.30pm.
