Off Jumps Jack - A bold and hilarious student-led production

Get ready for a whirlwind tale as GCCFE students bring Off Jumps Jack to life in a bold, energetic, and heartfelt production. This entirely student-produced play takes the stage at the Mick Lally Theatre, Druid Lane, on Tuesday, February 11, and Wednesday, February 12, at 8pm.

Follow the story of Joe Fanny, a deeply anxious young person whose world turns upside down when his rebellious Granny Fanny burns down City Hall, leading Joe into care. Along the way, Joe encounters a host of equally anxious characters, each struggling to find balance in their own ways. Through humour, chaos, and self-discovery, Joe learns to regulate his emotions, offering audiences a powerful and relatable journey wrapped in laughter and heart.

Produced and performed entirely by Galway Community of Further Education students, Off Jumps Jack promises an evening of creativity, raw energy, and theatrical magic. Don’t miss the chance to support emerging talent in this unique, thought-provoking, and wildly entertaining performance.
