As the need for skilled professionals grows, apprenticeships have become a valuable pathway for learning and career building. Unlike traditional education, apprenticeships combine practical, hands-on experience with classroom learning, allowing individuals to ‘earn while they learn'. GRETB will host an Apprenticeship Information Day on Thursday, February 27 in the Salthill Hotel.
GRETB also work in collaboration with employers in Galway and Roscommon to provide work-based learning opportunities to support employee development. The Employer Services team offers a wide range of part-time/evening courses across a variety of sectors which can be utilised by employers to train or up-skill their employees.
