Hodson Bay Group which includes the Galway Bay Hotel has announced its achievement of silver accreditation from the Irish Centre for Diversity as part of the Investors in Diversity programme for 2025. This prestigious accolade recognises the groups commitment to promoting inclusive practices and encouraging a sense of fairness and belonging across its workforce.

Commenting on the achievement, Alana Dunican, Director of Human Resources, said the silver accreditation shows that they have been compared to other companies and recognised for building inclusive practices into everything they do. It also means we’ve created a workplace where fairness and belonging are part of our culture. Our workforce proudly represents over 50 nationalities across our four properties, reflecting the rich diversity within our organisation.”
