Kangoo Power is an explosive, full-body workout that combines cardio endurance with core-strengthening exercises. Using specially designed rebound boots that absorb impact, the program builds muscular strength, improves balance, and enhances coordination—all while being gentle on your joints. Whether you're new to fitness or an experienced athlete, Kangoo Power can be adapted to suit your fitness level.

Local instructor, Elaine Zymek brings her boundless energy and expertise to weekly Kangoo Power classes every Friday from 7:30 pm at The Maldron Hotel, Oranmore, and classes in The Connacht Hotel every Tuesday at 10am, and Sunday at 7pm.

Kangoo Jumps boots are designed by an orthopedist with a patented Impact Protection System (IPS ) that absorbs up to 80 per cent of the impact, reducing stress on joints such as knees, ankles, hips, and the lower back. This makes them ideal for individuals recovering from injuries or those with joint sensitivities.

For families, Elaine also offers Bounding Families classes which are tailored for kids (6+ ) and their parents. These sessions provide an exciting way to stay active while fostering family bonding. These classes take place on Monday at 6:30pm in Mervue AFC.

Kangoo Jumps can be a beneficial tool for children with foot alignment issues, such as flat feet or overpronation. The unique design of the rebound boots provides key orthopaedic benefits that encourage proper foot positioning and muscle development, helping kids develop healthier movement patterns.
