Gardaí in Loughgeorge are investigating a theft from Claregalway Church which occurred on December 23, when several items were taken from the church.
The suspect female entered the church at at 2pm and after taking the items from the church, was observed leaving in a silver car.

In a separate incident Gardaí in Millstreet are investigating a criminal damage that occurred at Dillon’s Jewellers on Quay Street at 12.30am on December 26.
The window of the above premises was shattered. It appears an implement was used to break the glass. The suspects were described by witnesses as tall and skinny, one wearing all black clothes and a black covering on his face. A second male was wearing a red jumper.

Galway Gardaí are also investigating a burglary that occurred in the Ballinfoyle Mews area on the Headford Road on Thursday December 26 at 5am.
The residents were alerted by their dogs barking and they saw that a male had entered the rear utility room of the house. The unknown male took items of alcohol from the fridge and then left the house.
Gardaí in Ballinasloe are investigating a burglary that occurred at Garbally Demesne on December 27 at 5.35am when three intruders entered the home of the injured party.
The homeowner was threatened by weapons produced by the intruders who then left the scene in a dark coloured car and travelled in the direction of Ballinasloe.
