Ireland's national mental health charity Turn2Me is urging people to take care of its mental health this Christmas and to make use of their free services. Turn2Me provides support in a variety of ways including counselling sessions and support groups.

Fiona O’Malley, CEO of Turn2Me said, “Christmas can be a challenging time for many. The financial strain, social pressure, and even loneliness that often come with the Christmas season can take a toll on mental health. That’s why we’re encouraging people living in Ireland to make use of Turn2Me’s free, accessible mental health services."

Turn2Me has provided several reasons why people may be struggling during the season, and recommends anyone dealing with these challenges to use its services.
