The Ardilaun Hotel recently hosted a culinary extravaganza, the Calling All Foodies fundraiser for Coláiste Muire Máthair. The event was a resounding success, drawing a large crowd of food enthusiasts.
The Connacht Ballroom was transformed into a professional kitchen stage, where renowned chefs Chris Kerley (executive head chef, The Ardilaun Hotel ), Martin O'Donnell (executive chef, Blackrock Cottage ), and JP McMahon (Aniar and Cava ) showcased their culinary skills. The MC for the evening was local celebrity Cllr Ollie Turner, Galway Bay FM.
In addition to the live cooking demonstrations, the event featured a variety of local food vendors, providing attendees with the perfect opportunity to indulge in delicious treats and support local businesses. A huge well done to Mary McCarthy who was one of the main organisers of this event, and to all the team and CMM.
