The Western Development Commission (WDC ) has announced the third season of Moving West. The third episode will focus primarily on Galway and will air next Tuesday at 7:30pm on TG4.

The episode follows presenter Mary Kennedy as she gets to know people who moved into Galway and made it their home. It follows Amy Kerrigan, a Kildare native who moved to Galway to study at ATU and later returned with her husband Michael to build their life in Milltown, and Michael Killeen, originally from Donegal who moved to Claregalway to pursue a career with Mbryonics, a Galway-based company leading innovations in satellite and wireless communications.

Liam Conneally, chief executive of Galway County Council said, “We are delighted to partner with the WDC in promoting the benefits for those relocating to County Galway and highlighting how such a move delivers an enhanced quality for life for the individuals concerned and injects new life into our rural communities. Galway’s vibrant culture, balanced lifestyle, stunning landscapes, quality local services and sense of community makes the County an attractive location for families and individuals to relocate to.”

See Moving West next Tuesday on TG4 at 7:30pm.
