Steph Strings to play Monroe's on October 31

Australian singer-songwriter, Steph Strings will perform at Monroe’s Live backstage venue on Thursday, October 31, at 7pm.

Originally from Melbourne, Steph Strings draws inspiration from renowned artists such as John Butler Trio, Kim Churchill and Ziggy Alberts, and focuses mainly on the Celtic blues and folk sound.

In 2023 she released her Lion album, and since then has enjoyed sold-out shows in Australia, Britain, Europe, and Canada. She has also performed as a support act for artists like The Cat Empire and Vance Joy as well as performing at Glastonbury.

After a successful headline tour of Europe with shows in Germany, Belgium, The Netherlands and Spain, Strings is bringing her live performances to Galway this October along with support act Jessie Reid.
