Back to school with the French Institute Galway

New term starting on September 16

Start the autumn season by joining a French class at the French Institute, Galway's very own French school, located in the historic Bridge Mills. The friendly staff members are all fully qualified, very experienced, and native, thus ensuring all students are immersed in an authentic linguistic and cultural experience.

The institute offers courses for adults, divided into four levels: beginners, improvers, intermediate and advanced. The classes will be either in the morning or the evening, online or on site. They can be a good preparation for your next travel.

With special secondary school courses, students can receive school support and prepare for their exams in small groups to improve their French skills in the best way possible. These classes will take place on weekdays (Tuesdays and Wednesdays ) and on Saturdays.

The institute also offers two classes for children from four to 12 years old. These will take place every Wednesday and Saturday, in the best format to keep children engaged, actively learning while making sure they are having fun. The school also proposes language immersion programmes for all ages and all levels in Nice, Bordeaux and Montpellier, as well as ‘School in France’ and exchange programmes for secondary school students. These programmes are extremely successful as there is no better way to learn a language than to fully immerse oneself in the culture of a country.

Full details of courses and programmes, as well as registration, are available online at www.frenchinstitute.ie You can also email [email protected] or phone the office at 091 568925/085 1450265.
