Football players and fans attending matches at the Ballinasloe Town AFC pitches at St Enda’s on the St Brigid’s Hospital campus will not be allowed to use existing toilet facilities at the hospital.
This week’s regional health forum was asked by Cllr Alan Harney if a solution can be worked on to allow the club to bring a portable toilet unit on site or access be provided to existing toilets.
J Fitzmaurice, Chief Officer, Community Healthcare West confirmed that it is not possible to provide access to existing toilets.
