Gardaí in Loughrea are investigating a break-in to a house in Drought, Kilrickle, Loughrea that occurred on Tuesday, July 2 between 10am and 5.30pm.

The homeowner returned home to discover their house had been broken into.

Cluain Fada break-in

Gardaí in Galway are investigating a break-in to a house in the Cluain Fada estate, Headford road which occurred between 11.15pm on July 2 and 8am on July 3.

The homeowner returned to discover the house was broken into and items taken from the house.

Castleblakeney shop broken into

Gardaí in Mountbellew are investigating a break-in in to the Village shop, Castleblakeney that occurred on Thursday July 4 between 1.50am and 9am.

Entry was gained to the shop and the till was removed by the suspects. The three suspects seen on CCTV entering the store.

Shop in Gort targeted by burglars

Gardaí in Gort are investigating a break in to a shop on Bridge Street that occurred on Tuesday July 9 at 01.35am.

The premises was broken into and entry gained by smashing the front door. Cigarettes and bags of coins were taken during the course of the break-in.

Assault at Castlegar GAA Club

Gardaí in Oranmore are investigating an incident that occurred on the 6th of July 6 a Saturday at approx. at 6.15pm at Castlegar GAA club where the injured party was playing football on the pitch when three black males approached the injured party.

They fired a pellet gun at the injured party which resulted in minor injuries.

Assault at Williamsgate Street

Galway Gardaí are investigating an incident that occurred yesterday the 8/7/24 at 11.30am outside the entrance to the Corbett Court shopping centre.

The injured party was collecting for a charity when a male in his 20s, wearing a grey tracksuit with a white bandage on his right hand approached the injured party from behind and cut the injured party which resulted in the injured party needing medical attention.

Criminal damage Ceannt Station

Gardaí in Galway are investigating a criminal damage incident that occurred between July 5 and 6 a Friday and Saturday at Ceannt Train station where graffiti was sprayed onto a train carriage.
