With a mission to empower leaders to drive greater impact, Diligent's support of Galway International Arts Festival (GIAF ) provides a great fit for an organisation committed to delivering extraordinary cultural experiences, as sustainably as possible, to as wide and diverse an audience as possible.

There were over 400,000 attendances at GIAF 2023 and, with a packed multidisciplinary programme of theatre, circus, music, visual art, street art and spectacle, comedy and talks, the festival hopes to increase that attendance even further in 2024.

The 2024 festival also includes a raft of measures to make the event as accessible as possible, while it will up the ante on its sustainability initiatives to further reduce its impact on the environment.

Diligent’s support for the festival will see them put their name behind Les P’Tit Bras’ new circus and aerial acrobatics show, West Wind, which takes place in Eyre Square on Friday, July 19 and Saturday, July 20 at 4pm and Sunday, July 21 at 2pm.

With boundless energy and irreverent charm, an old circus family reimagines the American dream blending aerial acrobatics, daring rodeo, and New Orleans music into a dazzling spectacle.

"At Diligent, we believe in the power of community partnerships to create lasting, positive impact. Partnering with GIAF allows us to support an event that brings people together, celebrates creativity, and strengthens the cultural fabric of our community," said Ruairí Conroy, Diligent Galway site leader and vice president of global sales development.

"We are delighted to welcome Diligent as a festival partner for GIAF 2024. They are a great fit for us and we are very excited to be working with them,” said John Crumlish, GIAF CEO.
