Nicola Connolly Byrne is an empowerment specialist and inspirational public speaker. She has been in this area for over 40 years and is now bringing her talents to the women of Galway.
For the past seven years, Nicola has been hosting an event called 'Warrior Women', where 10 women, and 10 women only, come together. The idea is everyone submits a question anonymously prior to the event that they want help with, whether it's personal or professional.
On the day, each question is read out anonymously and every woman helps to come up with solutions for this. Not only does each person walk away with answers to their own question, but they learn from everyone else's too! Nicola also shares tools from her Personal Development Program - Soul Works - making sure everyone goes home with the knowledge and tools to make the changes they want to make.
This event has become so popular that she is now taking it nationwide, including a stop at the g Hotel Galway!
Nuvalez Consulting Limited heard of Nicola's event and in the spirit of wanting to do something to empower women, they have sponsored one ticket for every event. A team member with Nuvalez said to Nicola; "There are women all over this country who have lost themselves for whatever reason, and we are in the privileged position to help them find themselves through events like yours."
People can nominate themselves or someone they think really needs it to attend the Warrior Women event. The group stays small so only 10 women will be able to attend. This guarantees everyone is heard, helped, and empowered.
