Home ransacked in Moylough
Gardaí are investigating a burglary at a residential area which occurred between Tuesday, June 4 and Friday, June 7 in the Moylough area. Entry was gained to the residence where rooms had been ransacked.

Residential burglary in Loughrea
Gardaí in Loughrea are investigating a residential burglary which occurred in the Loughrea town area on Friday, June 7 at about 12pm.
A BMW 3 Series was seen acting suspiciously in the area at the time with a number of males on board. A number of local text alerts had been circulated alerting the public of this car in the Galway division throughout the day.

Gardaí in Galway are investigating a burglary which occurred in the Shantalla area between Sunday, June 9 and Monday, June 10. The window of the back door of this property was smashed.

Ford Transit Van damaged
in Loughrea
Gardaí are investigating criminal damages to a Ford Transit Van which occurred at the Loughrea Mart between Tuesday, June 4 and Wednesday, June 5 between the hours of 11:30pm and 06:30am.
A number of windows and lights were smashed, and wing mirrors were kicked from the vehicle.

Tyres slashed in Galway
Gardaí in Galway are investigating a criminal damage incident where tyres of a vehicle were slashed while parked at the Coláiste Muire Máthair car park on Thursday, June 6 shortly before 7pm.
Gardaí are looking to speak with any persons who may have been in the area and may have observed two suspicious males wearing hoodies in the vicinity of the car park. Astro turf damaged in Newcastle
Gardaí are investigating a criminal damage incident where damage was caused to the new Astro turf pitch in Corrib Park between Tuesday, June 4 and Wednesday, June 5. It is reported that paint was thrown on the new surface of the pitch in two spots.

Female assaulted in the Claddagh District
Gardaí are investigating an incident of assault which was reported to have occurred on Wednesday, June 5 shortly before 2:30pm on St. Dominic’s Road, Claddagh.
A female reported that an unknown male on a bicycle became verbally abusive toward her. This male then pushed the female and a passer-by intervened, the male cyclist left the area.
