Dust off your light sabres, iron your capes and… um… brush your wookie! May the Force be with you on Star Wars Day.

This Saturday, May the 4th, the Eye Cinema will celebrate “once upon a time, a long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away.... “

To mark the occasion the EYE in Wellpark is bringing Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace to its big screen for the movie’s 25th anniversary.

Any Star Wars fans arriving dressed-up as their favourite characters from the saga will get a large Popcorn Combo for just €3 (T&Cs apply ).

‘The Phantom Menace’ records the first, fateful steps in the journey of Anakin Skywalker when he begins becoming an unusually powerful Jedi.

Starring Ewan McGregor, Natalie Portman, Liam Neeson and Jake Lloyd ‘Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace’ will show at the EYE Cinema from Friday, May 3, for a limited time only.
