On Wednesday, May 1, Eyre Square Dental will host its third Dentistry from the Heart day which offers members of the public a choice of a filling, an extraction, or a cleaning free of charge.
The concept of Dentistry from the Heart originated in Florida almost 20 years ago, with the goal being to give back to those who cannot afford dental care. This day is one which the staff at Eyre Square Dental look forward to, as it’s a way to use their skills and talent to give back to the community. With individuals and parents having to make tough decisions on household costs and sometimes having to sacrifice their dental health, this is the team's chance to provide some assistance. The team of four dentists and three hygienists are looking forward to providing free dentistry on May 1 and are hoping to hit their target to provide free care for 100 patients.
